Privacy Policy
This page is a reference translation of the official Chinese text, provided to help you understand it. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version prevails. The official version is here. If anything is unclear, please write to the email address at the end of this page.
1. The short version
This site has no accounts, no shopping cart and takes no orders. There is no place on any page that sends what you type back to us.
The choices you make on the site — language, region, which side you looked at, what you put in the inquiry list — are written only to the browser on your own device. The inquiry text is assembled inside your browser; whether to send it, and to whom, is entirely your decision.
2. What information we collect
2.1 What you give us: nothing. There is no registration, no login and no lead-capture form on this site, and no button that submits anything to our servers. Whatever you type into the "additional notes" box on the inquiry page is not even stored — it disappears when you leave the page.
2.2 What is stored on your own device. This site uses your browser's local storage (localStorage, not cookies) to remember the following six items:

These six items exist only on your device. Our servers cannot read them, and they are not sent with any request. Clearing this site's data in your browser deletes all of them (how to do it is in section 7).
The writes above are local storage strictly necessary to provide the service you requested. They involve no tracking or profiling of any kind and are not transmitted to our servers.
One of them, jb_lang, needs a separate word: it is written once the first time you
open a page (the value is taken from your browser's language setting), without you having to
choose anything, and it is the only write that happens before the age confirmation.
The other five appear only after you have taken the corresponding action (confirming your age,
choosing a region, entering one of the two sides, adding something to the inquiry list).
2.3 What the server records automatically. This site runs on a server located in the United States, hosted by DMIT. As with the overwhelming majority of websites, the server software produces access logs, which typically contain the IP address, the time of the request, browser and operating-system identifiers, and the address of the page requested. These logs are used only for troubleshooting and security, and are deleted automatically after 7 days.
2.4 Cookies: none. Nowhere on this site is a cookie written. That is why you see no cookie consent banner — it is not an omission; there is simply nothing to consent to.
2.5 Analytics: none. This site does not use any web analytics or measurement tool — neither a third-party one nor one of our own. Apart from the server access logs described in 2.3, we keep no separate record of what you looked at or how long you stayed.
Advertising and tracking: none. This site contains no advertising, no tracking pixels and no social-plugin code, and loads no scripts, stylesheets or fonts from any external server.
2.6 Where to send a rights request. Whatever jurisdiction you are in, if you wish to exercise a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent or similar, you may write to the email address in section 9, and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law. We should say plainly: this site has no accounts and collects no personal information from you, so in most cases we hold no corresponding data to act on — but the channel is always open.
3. How an inquiry works
This section describes the feature on this site that looks most like "submitting a form" but is not one.
You can add products you are interested in to an inquiry list, tick the topics you want to know about, and add a few notes. When you press "Copy inquiry", that text is copied to your clipboard — it is not sent to any server, we cannot see its contents, and we do not know that you copied it.
Where you paste it afterwards, and which authorized dealer you send it to, is your decision. Once you send it, that content is handled by the recipient (the dealer) under their own privacy policy and is no longer governed by this one.
4. Third parties and external links
The links on the "authorized dealers" page take you to a dealer's own website, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat or email. Once you have left this site, their privacy policy applies, not this one.
We share no visitor data with dealers — because we have none to share.
5. Minors
This site contains adult content and is intended solely for visitors who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
The age confirmation before entry is self-declared. We cannot verify it, and we record no identity information as a result of it.
We do not provide services to minors and do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors.
6. Cross-border matters
The operating company is registered in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China (full address in section 9), while the site's server is located in the United States (hosted by DMIT). This means that when you open a page on this site, the request reaches a server in the United States, and the access logs described in 2.3 (including the IP address) are therefore created and held within the United States. This is true no matter which country you visit from.
To be clear: we do not hand visitor data to any third party (and indeed we hold none — see sections 1 and 2). The paragraph above does not say "we transfer data out"; it says that the server's location is itself outside China. That is a physical fact about the website, not a consequence of anything we do.
Authorized dealers are located in Taiwan, Korea, Europe and North America. Data arising from your communications and transactions with a dealer is handled by that dealer under the law and policies of its own location, and is not governed by this policy.
For visitors in the EU and the UK: cross-border storage of server logs takes place under the applicable data-protection mechanism (standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards). The data processing agreement between us and our hosting provider, and the corresponding transfer impact assessment, are kept on file. Where applicable law requires your separate consent for a particular situation, we will obtain it in that situation.
We do not sell, rent or share any visitor's personal information — we do not hold it in the first place.
7. Your rights, and how to exercise them
Because we hold none of your personal information, the usual "access, rectify, erase, port, withdraw consent" has no object here — there is nothing to look up and nothing to delete.
The one thing you can do, and the most thorough, is to clear the six items this site keeps in your browser. After that the site remembers none of your choices, and the age confirmation page appears again on your next visit. How to do it:
- Chrome / Edge: the icon at the left of the address bar → "Cookies and site data" → delete this site's data; or Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data → See all site data → find this site and delete.
- Safari: Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data → find this site → Remove.
- Mobile browsers: in the browser's "clear browsing data", select "cookies and site data".
- Browse this site in a private / incognito window — closing the window clears it automatically.
If the law of your region (for example the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, California's CCPA/CPRA, Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, or China's Personal Information Protection Law) gives you further rights, or if you have reason to believe we hold information about you, please contact us using section 9.
8. Changes to this policy
If we amend this policy we will update the effective date at the top of the page. For material changes — for example opening an online submission or lead-capture form, moving to analytics operated by a third party, or beginning to use cookies — we will give prominent notice on the site.
