1. What this site is, and what it is not
This site exists to show our products and to give the contact details of authorized dealers in each region.
This site is not a shop. It displays no prices, accepts no orders, takes no payment and arranges no shipping. All purchases are made through an authorized dealer, and the contract of sale is between you and that dealer. We are not a party to it.
By accessing and using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Age and territorial restrictions
This site contains adult content. You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use it.
The age confirmation page before entry requires your own declaration. If you are under the legal age, please leave this site immediately.
Please do not forward the contents of this site to minors, or display it where minors may see it.
Territorial restriction. Some of the content on this site may be regulated content in your jurisdiction. If your jurisdiction prohibits access to such content, please do not use this site.
3. Authorized dealers
Authorized dealers sell products independently, in their own name and for their own account; the contract of sale is formed solely between you and the dealer. The word "dealer" on this site is a commercial description only. It does not constitute agency under the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, nor an agency relationship in the legal sense of any jurisdiction.
The "authorized dealers" page lists the distributors we have authorized. The list changes over time, and the current version on the site governs. We give no endorsement of any channel not on the list, and accept no liability arising from one. Counterfeits are common in this industry. Please buy through the channels listed on this site and beware of imitations.
Each dealer is an independently operated business. Its pricing, stock, lead times, packaging, logistics, returns, exchanges and after-sales policies are decided by that dealer and are its own responsibility. We are not a party to your transaction with a dealer and make no undertaking on a dealer's behalf.
4. Content and accuracy
The photographs and videos on this site are all of actual products, but lighting, post-processing and differences between display devices affect colour, and there may be small variations between production batches of the same model. Images are for reference and are not a promise as to appearance.
Specification figures are those confirmed to you by the authorized dealer at the time you place your order. The figures listed on this site are for filtering and comparison and are not a warranty in respect of any individual item; where they differ from what the dealer confirms, the dealer's confirmation governs.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is free of error or up to date at any given moment.
This site never displays prices. For any price information, please ask the authorized dealer for your region directly.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photographs, videos, text, layout design, marks and page code — belongs to 幻体工坊科技（东莞）有限公司 or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and related legislation.
It may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, distributed, communicated to the public or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Exception for authorized dealers. Dealers on our authorized list may use the photographs and videos on this site without applying separately, for the purpose of promoting and selling our products. That licence is non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable at any time, and lapses automatically when the dealer relationship ends. A dealer may not sub-license it to a third party, nor use it for goods other than our products.
6. What you may not do
- Harvest the contents of this site at scale by automated means (crawlers, bulk downloaders and the like);
- Attempt to bypass the age confirmation page, or help anyone else bypass it;
- Resell or sub-license the contents of this site, or use its material to pass goods off as another brand;
- Interfere with the normal operation of this site, or attempt to access any part of it without authorisation;
- Use this site in any manner that breaks the law of your own region.
7. External links
This site contains links to third-party websites and messaging applications. Those sites are not under our control, and we accept no responsibility for their content, their availability, or the way they handle your information.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

- This site is provided "as is". We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep it available, accurate and secure, but we do not warrant that it will never be interrupted or that it will be free of errors.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site.
- This clause does not exclude or limit: (a) liability for loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) liability for personal injury; (c) any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including but not limited to the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your own jurisdiction.
- Disputes over a transaction between you and an authorized dealer are to be resolved between you and that dealer under their arrangements; we will nonetheless help you communicate with the dealer so far as is reasonable.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
[Please read carefully] This clause concerns where, and under which country's law, you may bring a claim.
- These terms are governed by and construed under the law of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules); provided that where the consumer protection law of your jurisdiction gives you mandatory protection that cannot be excluded by contract, those mandatory provisions are unaffected.
- Disputes arising from this site or these terms shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to a competent People's Court in Dongguan. However, if you are a consumer outside the People's Republic of China and the mandatory law of your jurisdiction allows you to bring proceedings where you are domiciled, you retain that right and this clause does not exclude it.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. An amended version takes effect on the day it is published on this site, and the effective date at the top of the page is updated. Continuing to use the site is taken as acceptance of the amended terms.
